Pelvic or lower back pain

Difficulty urinating or urinary blockage
A tumor can obstruct the urinary tract and cause:
A weak or interrupted urine stream .
Difficulty starting to urinate .
A complete inability to urinate ( medical emergency ).
These symptoms require immediate consultation.
Unexplained weight loss
Rapid weight loss without dietary changes or dieting is a common sign of advanced cancer .
If you are losing weight for no apparent reason, consult a doctor for a check-up.
Constant fatigue and weakness
Persistent exhaustion , generalized weakness , or unexplained anemia may be related to a tumor disrupting metabolism .
Listen to your body: excessive fatigue is never harmless.
Bone pain
When bladder cancer reaches an advanced stage , it can spread to the bones and cause severe pain in:
The spine .
The hips and ribs .
Arms and legs .
These pains can be constant, even at rest , and intensify at night.
