Ingenious miracle soup with 500g broccoli, good for losing weight!

Ingredients

1 garlic clove, finely diced
500g chicken fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
350g carrots, sliced
600g pumpkin flesh, drained (from the jar)
500g broccoli, cut into small florets
500g potatoes
200g leeks, sliced
2 bell peppers
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp oil
2 1/2 liters vegetable broth
Salt and pepper
Parsley, chopped or frozen herbs
