Introduction
Parmesan and garlic potato wedges are one of those simple and irresistible side dishes that we love to serve with meat, roast chicken, fish, or a salad.
Thanks to perfectly controlled oven baking, the potatoes become crispy on the outside and meltingly tender on the inside, while being perfectly infused with the flavors of garlic, herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
This homemade recipe is a much tastier and more economical alternative to frozen fries or store-bought potato wedges. It requires few ingredients and no special techniques.
