- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook noodles in salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the soup, tomatoes, sour cream, and seasonings. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes to combine.
- Mix in the cooked noodles and half the cheese.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13” casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm!
