Beef Noodle Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook noodles in salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the soup, tomatoes, sour cream, and seasonings. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked noodles and half the cheese.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9×13” casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm!
