Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon

Frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 (1 lb) box
Egg, beaten 1
Milk ¼ cup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat oil over medium heat, then add sausage and cook until browned.
Remove from heat and mix in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Tabasco sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Unroll puff pastry carefully and cut each sheet in half lengthwise. Brush egg along the edges of each piece.
Spoon the filling onto each pastry rectangle, then fold one long side over. Crimp the edges using a fork to seal.
Cut each sausage roll log into four pieces. Brush the tops with milk for a golden finish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
