Here’s how I do it: First, peel and finely chop the onions, garlic, and carrots.
Then, wash the carrots and dice the zucchini.
Sauté the carrots with paprika in oil, add sugar, and let it caramelize briefly. Then add the onion and zucchini and sauté.
Then, add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Then, add the broth and cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Then, puree the soup with an immersion blender.
Also try: Fried noodles with 200g chicken and 150g stir-fried noodles.
Then, add cream, salt, and pepper. This goes well with mini dumplings.
