🍽️ Instructions
Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Layer sliced onions evenly on the bottom.
Pat pork roast dry with paper towels.
Combine seasoning mix and salt; rub generously over pork.
Place pork on top of the onion bed.
Pour chicken broth around the roast (avoid pouring directly on top).
Cover and cook:
HIGH for 6–7 hours
LOW for 9–10 hours
Check for doneness—meat should shred easily with a fork.
Remove roast and let rest for 10 minutes.
Shred, discarding any large pieces of fat.
