Ground Beef Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in soup and sour cream, mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, 1½ cups cheese, and the beef mixture together.
  5. Pour everything into a greased 9×13” baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
