Several studies, such as those published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition and PubMed, confirm the benefits of oats for cardiovascular health, glycemic control and intestinal well-being.
How to make oat water at home
All you need is 1 cup of whole grain oatmeal and 1 liter of water. Soak the oats for at least 6-8 hours (or overnight). After the time has elapsed, blend everything together, then filter the liquid with a fine sieve or gauze. Store in the fridge and drink 1-2 glasses a day, preferably on an empty stomach or before meals.
