I never thought it would be so easy and delicious! Everyone should know this secret!

For the dough:
450-500 g wheat flour (3 3/4 – 4 cups)
1 tablespoon sugar
13 g fresh yeast (1/2 ounce)
125 ml warm water (1/2 cup)
125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup)
1 egg
5-6 g salt (1 teaspoon)
50 g butter (1 3/4 ounces)
For the filling:
250 g cottage cheese (8.8 ounces)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Peel of a grated orange
Procedure
Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the warm milk, egg, salt, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Gradually add the flour and knead until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 50-60 minutes, until it doubles in size.
Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, brown sugar, and grated orange peel.
Stir well until smooth.
Form the buns:
Once the dough has rested, roll it out on a floured surface.
Divide the dough into portions and place a little of the filling in the center of each one.
Close each bun carefully, making sure the filling is tightly sealed inside.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
Place the buns on a baking sheet and brush them with melted butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
