Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

Ingredient Amount
Jarlsberg cheese, shredded 3 cups
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Whole milk 2 1/2 tbsp
Red onion, diced 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika A pinch
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Transfer to a serving dish, if desired, and cover.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to let flavors meld.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies, and enjoy!
