INGREDIENTS

White Cream:

• 300 ml condensed milk
• 300 ml cream
• 300 ml/10.6 ounces milk
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 2 egg yolks

Chocolate cream:

• 300 ml condensed milk
• 300 ml cream
• 300 ml/10.6 oz milk
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 3 tablespoons 50% cocoa.

• milk
• vanilla essence
• grated chocolate for decoration
• strawberries for decoration
