Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly sear the meatballs on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the baking dish, spread the cubed potatoes evenly. Place the seared meatballs on top.
In a small bowl, mix heavy cream and marinara sauce. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and potatoes.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot!
