Mom’s Chicken Marinade

Ingredient Amount
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Low sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup
Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup
Whole grain mustard 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard 2 tsp
Liquid smoke 2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag or airtight container.
In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together all marinade ingredients for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
Pour marinade over the chicken, seal the bag or container, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
When ready to cook, bake or grill at 400°F (204°C) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
