My no-bake cookie bar recipe transformed no-bake cookies into bars, but I wasn’t sure how they would transform into cake form. Even though I wasn’t familiar with the recipe, I was ready to try it in cake form.
I substituted my no-bake peanut butter cookie recipe for the traditional recipe because my child is allergic to peanuts.
What’s in it?
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/8 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
If you want to avoid gluten in this recipe, use gluten-free rolled oats. 3 cups quick-rolled oats
about 3/4 cup chocolate chips
