For the Cheesecake Layer:
2 cups cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
10 Golden Oreos (crushed)

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry-flavored gelatin mix (like Jell-O)

2 tbsp melted butter

For the Base (Optional):
1 cup crushed graham crackers or more Golden Oreos

3 tbsp melted butter

🧊 Instructions:
Prepare the Base (Optional):
Mix the crushed graham crackers (or Oreos) with melted butter and press into a parchment-lined baking dish. Chill in the fridge.

Make the Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy. Spread over the chilled base.

Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
Mix crushed Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries (or gelatin powder), and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.

Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until firm.
