Nothing beats this dish! Supposed to be a snack but so tasty we will eat it for lunch or dinner!

1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then stir in the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions.
On a large sheet pan, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the chips.
Add the black beans, black olives, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the beef.
Top everything with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Variations & Tips
For a vegetarian version, skip the ground beef and add more beans or some sautéed mushrooms for a hearty texture. If you like it spicy, add some hot sauce or extra jalapeños. You can also switch up the cheese—pepper jack or a Mexican cheese blend would be delicious. For a healthier twist, use baked tortilla chips and lean ground turkey instead of beef.
