Once you try this, you’ll never have an ordinary burger ever again!

1 pound ground beef
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Place the balls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Variations & Tips
For a spicy kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture. You can also experiment with different cheeses, like pepper jack or mozzarella, for a unique twist. If you’re looking for a lighter version, try using ground turkey instead of beef. For a touch of sweetness, consider adding a bit of caramelized onion to the filling. And if you want to make it a bit more gourmet, a sprinkle of fresh herbs like parsley or chives on top before serving can add a lovely touch.
