Crabmeat ¾ lb
Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Panko Bread Crumbs ½ cup
Unsalted Butter, Melted ½ cup
Parmesan Cheese, Grated ½ cup
Dijon Mustard 3 tsp
Horseradish 2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Onion Powder ½ tsp
Fresh Parsley, Chopped 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly grease an 8 x 13 inch baking pan to prepare it.
In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, fresh lemon juice, and panko bread crumbs.
Add the melted butter, ⅕ cup parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, and onion powder to the crab mixture.
Using a cookie scoop, portion out the crabmeat mixture and place it into the mushroom caps.
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the stuffed mushrooms.
Bake the mushrooms at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until they become tender, which should take around 15-20 minutes.
Once baked, remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve them immediately.
