Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken tenders until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
Infuse with Garlic Goodness:
In the same skillet, add unsalted butter and minced garlic.
Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
Rice Preparation:
Add white rice to the skillet, stirring to coat with the garlic butter mixture.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Cheesy Finale:
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and Garnish:
Arrange the chicken tenders on a bed of garlic Parmesan rice.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing and garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
