Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells Recipe

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
Prepare Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the Shells:
Fill each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta-spinach mixture.
Prepare Sauce:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
Add marinara sauce and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble and Bake:
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining sauce.
