1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
8 ounces twisted pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Return the steak bites to the skillet, mixing everything together.

Variations & Tips
For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream. If you prefer a milder dish, reduce or omit the red pepper flakes. For a different protein, try using chicken or shrimp in place of the steak. Vegetarians can enjoy this dish by substituting the steak with sautéed mushrooms or roasted vegetables. Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition and color.
