• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Grease and line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan.
• In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, sugar, and oil. Blend until smooth.
• Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the blender. Pulse or blend just until incorporated. Do not overmix.
• Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
• Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
• Optionally dust with powdered sugar, drizzle a simple glaze, or sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
