1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions.
Flatten each portion and place a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
Carefully wrap the beef around the cheese to form a ball, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed.
Wrap each beef ball with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Top with more cheese if desired.
Place the bacon-wrapped balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each bacon bomb with BBQ sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through.

Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, try adding a slice of jalapeño inside each bomb along with the cheese. If you prefer a different cheese, mozzarella or pepper jack work beautifully as well. For a lighter version, you can use ground turkey instead of beef. If you have picky eaters, consider serving the bacon bombs with a variety of dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard to cater to different tastes.
