1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ pieces
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
1 cup (240 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
1¼ cups (100 g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
