1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a mixer, combine:
* Eggs
* Sugar
* Milk
* Oil
* Vanilla
Mix for 1–2 minutes until well blended.
3. Gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Pulse or mix on low speed until well blended (do not overmix to maintain a fluffy texture).
4. Pour the mixture into the pan.
5. Bake for 35–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool, remove from pan, and enjoy!
