When I first saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it! Boy was that the right move!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups crushed Doritos (any flavor you prefer)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the crushed Doritos in a shallow dish. Dip each stuffed chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then roll in the crushed Doritos to coat.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
