When my hubby wants a hearty meal, I whip this up for him!

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
8 ounces pasta of your choice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked to your desired doneness.
In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream and cheddar cheese over low heat. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve the steak bites over the cheesy herb pasta, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. You can substitute the sirloin with ribeye or tenderloin for a more luxurious touch. If you’re looking for a lighter version, try using whole wheat pasta and reducing the amount of cheese. For an extra burst of flavor, add a splash of white wine to the garlic butter sauce before adding the steak bites.
