Pot Roast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 pounds of chuck roast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 to 5 carrots, peeled and cut
  • 3 potatoes, chopped into chunks
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh thyme and rosemary
