2 cans of tuna in water, drained

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Romaine lettuce leaves or mixed greens for serving (optional)
