Ingredients
2 Packets of Tang Juice Powder Strawberry or Strawberry Flavour (25g each)
2 liters of whole milk (can be boxed)
1 Pot of natural yogurt (take out of the fridge 1 hour before using) (160g)
Preparation
Preparation of Natural Yogurt: Take the pot of natural yogurt out of the refrigerator an hour before starting the preparation so that it reaches room temperature. This will help in the fermentation process.
Heating the Milk: In a large pot, heat the 2 liters of whole milk over medium heat until it begins to boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and let the milk cool until it reaches a temperature of about 45°C. A helpful tip is to dip a clean finger in the milk; It should be hot, but not so hot that it burns.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl or container, mix the plain yogurt with the 2 packets of strawberry-flavored Tang juice powder. Make sure the juice powder is completely dissolved in the yogurt.
