Minced Potato Roll

Ingredients
For the dough:
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil (plus extra for brushing)
⅔ cup (160 ml) warm water
For the filling:
300 g minced meat (beef, lamb or chicken)
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
