Coconut Layer
2 cups (160 g) sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14 oz/396 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
1 cup (170 g) semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, for shine)
Flaked coconut or chopped nuts, for garnish (optional)
