Cheesecake Filling
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
½ tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Topping
1 cup diced fresh strawberries
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp strawberry jam (optional, for extra glaze)
